WINTER UPDATE
Things have slowed down a bit here, but we are focused in on 5 complete rebuilds, 3 of which are homes that need to be completely demolished first. We are walking through a lot of paperwork including permitting, MEP and architectural drawings for the homes and preparing for demolition. We are hoping to start building by February!
