Your First Visit

From the moment you enter the parking lots, you will notice lots of friendly faces eager to show you the way.

Your first stop when you arrive will be our GKids check-in area. We want to serve you and your child well, so we’ll take some time to get to know you. We’ll ask about allergies, make sure we know what your child likes to be called, and collect your contact information.

Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during service, you’ll see your child’s code on the screen in the main service. This sticker is also what you will use to pick-up your child after service.

The Ride Home

We encourage parents to keep the conversation going on the car ride home. Ask your child these two questions:

Did you have fun?

What did you learn?

Serve in GKids

The GKids Dream Team is made up of volunteers who serve within the children’s ministry of The Gathering Church. This team uses their gifts and talents to help teach the Gospel in relevant ways each weekend. While parents experience their worship service, children participate in exciting and active environments filled with worship, Bible teaching, and small groups.

Making It Safe

Answer

Safety is our top priority. That extends to all members of our community, from kids, to parents, and volunteers. Our dedicated leaders undergo screening and training, guaranteeing a safe and secure environment for all event and program attendees. Kids can confidently embrace authenticity and know they can freely open up and share their concerns, doubts, and questions with caring and supportive leaders.

Jesus is our Message

Jesus is at the center of everything we do. The Gospel is not just a part of what we do, it’s who we are. The Gospel is the greatest news ever told and our staff and leaders love to share it. Every time we gather together, the Gospel will be shared and the love of Jesus will be proclaimed with boldness in a way that is not only heard but also understood and embraced by every child.

Life with Jesus is the ultimate adventure, and we bring this truth to life through the joy of fun. Our games, worship, and overall atmosphere are designed to reflect the abundant life that comes from following Jesus. Every moment spent together is infused with the excitement of discovering the joy that only a life with Jesus brings. Our goal is to create an irresistible space—one that kids cannot wait to return to each week and cannot help but share with their friends.

Every little person who walks through our doors has a big person who brought them. We believe in the power of family and are committed to empowering every parent, guardian, or caregiver to be the spiritual leader God has designed them to be. Our focus goes beyond the kids that attend our programs and extends to their families. A strong faith foundation begins at home, and we aim to assist parents and caregivers in nurturing enduring faith in their children through resources, encouragement, and creating a supportive community where families are equipped to raise kids who not only love Jesus but also impact the world.
